Before becoming a coach, I spent years in IT and business management working with Fortune 500 companies. While that experience was valuable, I found myself at a crossroads about continuing on that path. The journey led me to life coaching and hypnosis, where I’ve been able to help others learn more about themselves and uncover the blind spots that have been guiding their lives without their awareness.
Now, as a certified Strategic Life Coach and Consulting Hypnotist, I help professionals, entrepreneurs, and healers move past the obstacles that keep them stuck, whether in relationships, careers, or personal growth.
My approach blends coaching, hypnosis, and spiritual guidance when it fits to help clients shift old patterns, gain clarity, and finally move forward with confidence.
